Delivery Costs and Delivery information
Delivery cut off time is 3pm for overnight deliveries and express Auckland deliveries same day.
Auckland Same Day Delivery for orders received by 11.30am is $8.00.
We have a 2 hour sprint service available for urgent orders to hospitals etc in the Auckland Metropolitan area (please ring or email us if you require this option)
Auckland delivery orders received after 11.30am will be delivered the next working day.
North Island 1-2 working day $12.00
South Island 2 working day $18.00
Saturday delivery is possible, a $5 surcharge by the courier company applies for Saturday delivery and also a surcharge of $5 applies for rural delivery and depending on area can take an extra 2-3 days on top of usual delivery times.
Batenburgs are open Monday to Friday and they are open on Saturdays for all the big occasions like Mother's Day, Father's Day etc and we are open every day in December with the lead up to Christmas.
We cannot divulge to any recipient of gifts or flowers details of the sender without the express permission of the sender. We are closed on Sundays. Saturday deliveries need to be placed by 10am
