CONSUMER GUARANTEE
All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by the Act.
Please note that for a full refund, the goods are required to be returned to us undamaged and in their original packaging, and dispatched back to us within 14 days of delivery.
ORDERING & SHIPPING
We accept Master Card, Visa, Diners and American Express credit cards. We will contact you after receiving your order, to confirm your order and to check your delivery address.
We do not deliver to postal boxes or private bags.
Prices in this store are in US Dollars.
Orders are delivered via AirPost in most cases, with tracking facilities available. We will deliver by courier or Economy upon request. New Zealand deliveries will be shipped by courier (1-2 Days) at only US$2.50 plus $1.00 per item.
Overseas Delivery, we will send your order by Air Mail unless you request economy (allow three weeks). Use the special instructions box on the secure order form to request economy.
Please note that when ordering, you are considered the importer of record and, as such, may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once your order reaches your country. Customs policies and charges vary widely from country to country and we suggest you contact your local customs office for further information.
SUPPLY OF GOODS
Many of the items offered for sale on this site are from natural sources and/or hand-crafted. Therefore, there may be delays in obtaining stocks. We will advise you of any such delays and your payment will not be cleared until such time as delivery can be assured.
